Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American performer and actress. She is most famous as a actor in the theatre and also for her role as Chelsea Daniels from the Disney Channel's That's So Raven. In 2006 she recorded a cover version of the timeless Disney track Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon to be used in an edition of Disneymania. While on Broadway, as Belle van der Pol, she recorded many songs that could be heard on the music of the musical, including A Change in Me.
